great view helpful staff excellent restaurants
the location was good with restaurants all around. i was on the 13th floor, and i saw burj khalifa. the pool on the 19th floor also provided a great view. the housekeeping guy durgesh was smiling and helpful.
ice to the room was not free.

room upgrade special cake
We celebrated our first anniversary here. They upgraded our room and delivered a cake. I will book here again.
The adult pool needed more lounge chairs, but there were many cabanas. I thought it was too noisy due to road traffic.

breakfast buffet fresh option thoughtful help
i loved the breakfast buffet. there were many options, each seemed fresh and thoughtfully prepared. i also appreciated the attentiveness of chef patricia and chef mohamad, specially with kids menu. their help made dining with my children a real pleasure!
